In 1953, Jack Bresnen established his landscape business, servicing just a handful of local customers at the time. From the beginning, Jack respected the opportunity his customers gave him and appreciated every account, whether big or small. In 1964, Jack undertook the landscaping of the Ohio State Capitol building, a project that won him a National Landscape Award. As his business continued to grow, Jack would never forget those who helped him start. Throughout the years, while the family business began to take shape, Jack would instill this advice in his sons to - never forget your roots.
Today, Jeffrey Allen Corporation is still a family owned company. Jack and his sons Jack Jr. and Jeffrey handle the day to day operations, while Sylvia (Jack’s wife) and their daughter Barbara oversee the administrative duties of the office. As well, a third generation is finding its place in both the office and the field. In over 50 years, for three generations, the mission of Jeffrey Allen Corporation has not changed; every job and every customer is approached with the same respect as when the business started. At Jeffrey Allen, we value the opportunity to serve our customers and take pride in cultivating the environment of the future.
